25% of the final bid on lots selling up to $250
15% of the final bid on lots selling between $251 – $5000
10% of the final bid on lots selling above $5000 (commission not to exceed $1000 per lot)
$5 minimum commission per lot.
All lots are to be sold to the highest bidder, unless a written and signed reserve price is set.
